EV charger installation means running a dedicated 240-volt circuit from your panel to a Level 2 charging station in the garage, carport, or driveway. We size the breaker and wire to the charger's rating, mount the unit, and confirm the panel has the capacity — and if it doesn't, we handle the panel side too. We can hardwire it or set a proper outlet, depending on the charger.
A standard 120-volt outlet adds only a few miles of range per hour; a Level 2 circuit charges most cars fully overnight. Just as important, EV chargers pull a heavy continuous load, so the circuit has to be sized and protected correctly — this is not a job for a borrowed dryer outlet. Done right, it's safe, fast, and ready for whatever you drive next.
Set it up when you buy or lease an EV, when your current charging is too slow, or when you're finishing a garage and want the circuit roughed in ahead of time. If your panel is already near capacity, plan the charger and a panel upgrade together.
